Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method you used.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be purchased within the last 30 days.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products.
Items that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiry date.
Products unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Goods that, by nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

⚠️ Note: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable (unless required by law).

You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of returning goods.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
